Updated October 28, 2026
MindBody Matrix is a four-part collection, each piece doing one job. The formats are described here exactly as the brand documents them; proprietary processing descriptions are brand claims, not verified clinical outcomes, and supplement statements have not been evaluated by the FDA.
01 Hydrate: hydrogen-rich water
Reverse-osmosis water with hydrogen enrichment in a 450 mL (15.2 fl oz) resealable spouted pouch, portable enough for a ruck or a glovebox. The brand describes crystal restructuring, red light, near-infrared and pEMF processing as part of its approach.
02 Soothe: topical cream
A topical analgesic cream with menthol 1.50% as the active, for temporary relief of minor muscle and joint aches and pains, in a 1 oz travel size and a 4 oz home or office size. The botanical blend includes aloe, arnica, boswellia, calendula and essential oils. External use only; follow the Drug Facts panel.
03 Support: mind-body capsules
A botanical and nutrient blend positioned for stress support and relaxation, 120 capsules at a two-capsule serving. Per serving: turmeric 250 mg, boswellia 250 mg, holy basil 100 mg, lemon balm 100 mg, L-theanine 50 mg, GABA 50 mg and BioPerine 5 mg.
04 Complement: activator drops
A 30 mL liquid companion to the collection; 15 drops is a 0.5 mL serving. Ingredients: water, Himalayan salt, potassium chloride, magnesium chloride, potassium sorbate and citric acid. The brand describes proprietary infoceutical imprinting.
