Each brand ships its own products directly to you from its own warehouse. An order with products from two brands arrives as two parcels, each with its own tracking. Estimated delivery is 3–6 business days.

Orders of $99 or more (after discounts) ship free. Below that, standard shipping is $7.95. The cart shows how much more you need for free shipping.

Unopened items can be returned within 30 days of the order date for a refund of the item price. Start a return on the Returns page with your order number and checkout email; we confirm next steps by email before you ship anything (or email support@warriorupwellness.com). Opened consumables and clinician-guided programs are not returnable unless damaged or defective.

Once the brand receives the item, the refund goes to your original payment method. Banks usually post it within 5–10 business days. Original shipping is refunded only when the problem was ours or the brand's.

No. Returns and subscriptions are separate. Skip, pause or cancel the subscription from your account or the billing portal.

10% off eligible products on every shipment, applied to the unit price before checkout. Subscriptions renew every 30 days.

Yes, anytime, with no minimum term or fee. Use the billing-portal link in your receipt email, or enter your checkout email on the Subscribe & Save page to get a new link.

Yes. One recurring order can hold products from any of the brands on the marketplace. Each brand still ships its own items.

Build a stack in the Bundle Builder or add all three quiz picks at once: 3 items saves 10%, 5 items saves 15%. The discount applies to the items in that stack and combines with Subscribe & Save. Prescription products are never part of a bundle.

Products marked “Clinician review required” are prescription or clinician-reviewed programs from FutureSelf RX. They are shown for education and pricing only. Pressing “Clinician Review” takes you to a medical intake reviewed by a licensed provider, subject to your state’s eligibility rules and pharmacy fulfilment. A prescription is never guaranteed.

No. The marketplace does not see your intake answers, and nothing from the clinical pathway is sent to advertising platforms. The only thing recorded is that a review was started, so referrals can be reported separately from retail sales.

Open the creator’s link (it applies automatically) or add ?ref=CODE to any page. The code is carried through to checkout so the creator is credited. Promotion codes issued by the marketplace can also be entered on the Stripe checkout page.

No. A product subscription is a recurring shipment of products at a discount. Membership is a separate recurring fee for benefits such as a goals dashboard, resources, member pricing where a plan says so, and priority support. Each can be cancelled on its own.

Each plan shows its full recurring price, interval and any trial before you join, and again on the payment page. Cancel in one click from your account; benefits continue to the end of the period you paid for, then stop. There are no other recurring charges.

No. You see only your own goals, history and check-ins. Any aggregate insight uses anonymised data with minimum group sizes.

Orders within 30 days of the most recent affiliate link click are credited to that affiliate (last click wins). A coupon code entered at checkout overrides the link. Self-referrals are excluded, and each brand runs its own program.

Net eligible merchandise revenue: product prices paid, excluding tax, shipping, discounts and anything refunded. Rates are agreed individually and shown in the affiliate dashboard; refunds and disputes reverse the matching commission.

No. Commissions are earned only on retail sales to customers. There are no recruitment tiers and no purchase requirement.

No. Marketing permission is recorded separately for each brand, channel and topic, and a purchase never counts as permission. You choose what each brand may send you in communication preferences.

No. Interests you choose in discovery stay first-party, are never sent to advertising platforms, and are kept out of email subject lines and SMS previews. You can edit or clear them at any time.

Use the request form on the Privacy page. We verify the email address, then respond within 30 days. Deletion keeps only the order and tax records the law requires.

Every product page links to the brand’s own site under “View on <brand>”, where the complete panel and lot information are published. Supplements on this marketplace carry the standard FDA disclaimer: they are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.
