How referrals are credited

• Referral links. Your link (or ?ref=YOURCODE) sets a first-party attribution record. Orders placed within 30 days of the most recent click are credited to you (last click wins).
• Coupon codes. Your personal code can be entered at checkout. If a customer arrived through one affiliate's link and enters a different affiliate's code, the code entered at checkout wins.
• Tracking respects consent. If a visitor declines tracking, attribution falls back to the coupon code only.
• Self-referral is not allowed. Orders by you, your household or your own accounts are excluded and may lead to suspension. Duplicate accounts are checked.
• Existing customers. Whether referrals of existing customers earn a commission is set in your agreement and shown in your dashboard; the default program credits new customers only.
• Two brands. WarriorUP Wellness and RegenRevive run separate programs. A referral is credited to the brand where the order was placed, and only if you are approved for that brand. Apply to each separately.

What a commission is calculated on

Commissions are a percentage of net eligible merchandise revenue: the product prices actually paid, excluding sales tax, shipping, any discounts applied, and any amounts later refunded. Clinician-guided programs are not eligible. Rates are set in your agreement when you are approved and are visible in your dashboard; we do not publish rates or make earnings claims here.

Commission states

• Pending when the order is paid.
• Approved after review for fraud and self-referral.
• Payable once the holding period has passed with no refund, dispute or cancellation.
• Paid only when a payout has actually been sent through a configured payout provider and confirmed. An exported statement is not a payment.
• Reversed (in whole or in part) if the order is refunded, disputed or cancelled, including partial refunds.

Recurring commissions on subscription renewals, if included in your agreement, run for a fixed number of months stated in writing. The holding period and payout minimum are configurable program settings shown in your dashboard once approved.

What you must do

• Disclose. Every post, video, email or page that includes your link or code must carry a clear and conspicuous disclosure that you may earn a commission, in line with FTC endorsement guidance.
• Use approved claims only. Describe products using the approved copy and creative assets in your dashboard. No disease, treatment, cure, prevention or outcome claims, and no claims about military or government endorsement.
• No paid search on our brand names, no coupon-site posting of codes without permission, and no spam or unsolicited messaging.
• Be honest about who you are. No impersonating the brands, their staff or any institution.

What this program is not

There is no compensation for recruiting other affiliates, no tiers based on recruitment, and no purchase requirement to participate. Commissions are earned only on retail sales to customers.

Partners and organisations

Clinics, gyms, units, teams and community organisations can be set up with shared codes and consolidated statements. Say so in your application.
