Subscribe & Save, explained
How subscriptions work on this marketplace: what you save, how skipping and cancelling works, and how one recurring cart can hold products from several brands.
Updated September 3, 2026
Subscribe & Save is a recurring order for products you take routinely. Instead of remembering to reorder, the marketplace ships them on a schedule and takes a percentage off every shipment.
What you save
Eligible products show a “Subscribe & save” option on the product page and in the cart. The discount is applied to the unit price before checkout, so what you see in the cart is what you pay. Stack savings from the Bundle Builder stack on top of it.
Skip, pause, cancel
Subscriptions are billed through Stripe. Your receipt email contains a secure link to the billing portal where you can skip a shipment, pause, change the payment method, or cancel. There is no minimum term and no cancellation fee. You can also reach the portal from the Subscribe & Save page by entering the email you used at checkout.
One recurring cart, several brands
Because every brand on the marketplace ships through the same checkout, one subscription can contain products from several brands. Each brand still ships its own items directly to you, so a multi-brand subscription may arrive as more than one parcel.
Refill reminders
Before each renewal you receive a reminder email with the date and the items. If you want to make a change, use the portal link in that email before the renewal date.
Clinician-guided products are never sold by subscription on this marketplace; any ongoing program is managed inside the clinical workflow.
