Orders

An order is accepted when payment is confirmed by our payment processor and you receive a confirmation email. We may decline or cancel an order for suspected fraud, pricing error, or unavailability; if payment was taken it is refunded in full.

Pricing and errors

Prices are in US dollars and shown in full, including any shipping and tax, before you pay. Prices are calculated on our servers at checkout; prices displayed earlier in a session may change. If a price is obviously wrong, we will contact you to confirm or cancel before shipping.

Availability

Products are shipped by the brands that make them. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, you are told and refunded for that item; the rest of the order ships.

Subscriptions and membership

Recurring purchases are governed by the subscription & membership terms.

Clinician-guided programs are offered by FutureSelf RX under its own terms. Starting a review does not guarantee a prescription. WarriorUP does not practise medicine and never handles your intake information.

Promotions, codes and affiliates

Discount and referral codes are subject to the conditions stated when issued, cannot be exchanged for cash and may be withdrawn for misuse. Affiliate content is independently produced and must carry a clear disclosure.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Governing law
