Shipping

Plain numbers, taken from the same settings the cart uses.

Rates

  • Orders of $99 or more after discounts ship free.
  • Below that, standard shipping is $7.95 per order, not per brand.
  • Estimated delivery: 3–6 business days from the day each brand ships.
  • We currently ship to United States addresses only, including APO/FPO/DPO where the carrier supports it. Shipping cost and any tax are shown in full before you pay.

Each brand ships its own parcel

Products are shipped directly by the brand that makes them (ALVARA, Military Nootropics, VORG, EDERRA, NutrimentsPRO). An order containing products from two brands arrives as two parcels, each with its own tracking number. Tracking is emailed when each brand hands the parcel to the carrier, and appears in your orders.

Subscriptions

Subscription shipments follow the same rates. Each renewal is a new order, so the free-shipping threshold applies to each shipment on its own.

Problems

Damaged, missing or wrong items: start a return or replacement request within 30 days. Lost parcels: contact us once tracking has shown no movement for 7 days and we will work with the brand and carrier.

Prescription programs

Clinician-guided programs are shipped by FutureSelf RX's partner pharmacy under their own terms, not through this policy.
