Sleep routine basics
Light, timing, caffeine cut-off and wind-down habits, plus how sleep-support products are labelled.
Updated October 21, 2026

About sleep-support products
Products in the Sleep & Stress category are labelled for relaxation and normal sleep support. They are not a remedy for insomnia or sleep disorders. If sleep problems last more than a few weeks, talk to a clinician.
