Recovery basics: sleep, protein, movement, then supplements

The order of operations for recovering from training or long shifts, and where supplements honestly fit.

Updated October 21, 2026

Recovery is mostly unglamorous: enough sleep, enough protein, easy movement on off days, and hydration. Supplements sit after all four. If one of the four is missing, fix that first; no product closes that gap.

What a recovery product can and cannot do

Joint and mobility products in our catalog are labelled with structure/function language only. They support normal function; they are not a remedy for injuries or pain. Persistent pain, swelling or loss of function is a reason to see a clinician, not to buy a supplement.

Building a simple routine

Pick one foundation (daily nutrition), one goal product (recovery or hydration), and give it four weeks before judging. Use the account dashboard to log how you feel if you want a record; that log is private to you.
